How It Works:

1) Fill out a quick form - it only takes a minute. Tell us what kind of help you’re looking for, and how soon you need it.
2) We reach out to local providers we know and trust - the kind of people who actually turn up, do the job well, and won’t leave you chasing quotes.
3) We send you the details of a recommended provider (or two), with no pressure and no spam. You deal with them directly - or we can handle that too.
4) Once the work’s complete, we’ll check in to make sure everything went well. If not, we’ll help put it right.

How We Vet Providers:

We don’t list just anyone. If we wouldn’t trust them to do work for us, we won’t recommend them to you.
At Rutland Connect, we personally speak with every provider before we send them a single job. Here’s what that means:

What we check before recommending anyone:
1) Responsiveness - We make sure they answer calls, turn up when they say they will, and communicate clearly.
2) Experience - We ask for examples of past work, reviews from other clients, or a short background in what they do.
3) Professionalism - Polite, respectful, and honest — we only work with people who represent Rutland well.
4) Local Focus - We prioritise local people or small teams who know the area and are proud of their work.

Ongoing Vetting
We don’t stop after the first job. After every booking, we follow up with the customer. If we hear about no-shows, poor work, or unprofessional behaviour, they’re removed from our trusted list.We’re building a local network people can rely on — and that means standing by our recommendations.
